Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

We are Corpus Insights LLC, doing business as Sermon Analyst ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Texas, United States.

We operate the website https://www.sermonanalyst.com and the application at https://app.sermonanalyst.com (together, the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

We provide sermon transcription, analysis, search, and reporting for pastors and churches. The Services retrieve a church's sermon recordings from a feed the church designates, transcribe them, analyze them using artificial intelligence, and make the results available to the church's authorized users.

You can contact us by email at contact@sermonanalyst.com.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Corpus Insights LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old, and by using them you represent that you are.

Our Services

The Services take the sermon recordings your church already publishes, through a podcast feed, a YouTube channel or playlist, or a similar public source that you designate (your "Feed"), and produce a searchable, analyzed archive from them, together with reports and other tools built on that archive. The specific features available to your church depend on your plan and are described within the Services. The Services are in active development, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

The Services are offered from the United States and are not designed for use with data subject to industry-specific regulation, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Accounts, Churches, and Authority

Churches and users. The Services are organized around a church or other ministry organization (a "Church"). Each Church has one or more user accounts. Some users are administrators, who can manage the Church's account, settings, users, and public listing; the Services show which users are administrators. Plans may limit the number of users a Church can have.

Signatory authority. If you register a Church, invite users to a Church, or otherwise use the Services on behalf of a Church, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on that Church's behalf, that you have the authority to bind the Church to these Legal Terms, and that the Church agrees to be bound. In that case, "you" in these Legal Terms means both you individually and the Church. If you do not have that authority, you must not register the Church or use the Services on its behalf.

Administrators act for the Church. We are entitled to treat instructions from any of a Church's administrators, including instructions to change the plan, cancel a subscription, add or remove users, enable or disable the public listing, or delete the Church's data, as authorized by the Church. The Church is responsible for keeping its administrator list current and for disputes among its own users.

Your Church Content

"Church Content" means the sermon recordings, captions, feed metadata, artwork, and other material we retrieve from your Feed at your direction, together with anything you or your users enter into or upload to the Services.

You own your Church Content. We do not claim any ownership of Church Content. Nothing in these Legal Terms transfers any of your rights in your sermons to us.

Your responsibility for Church Content. By designating a Feed or providing Church Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your Church owns the Church Content or otherwise has all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to provide it to us and to authorize the uses described in these Legal Terms. This includes any music, readings, quotations, video, or other third-party material contained in a recording.
  • Where recordings are hosted on a third-party platform (for example, YouTube or a podcast hosting service), you direct us to retrieve them as your agent, and you have confirmed that doing so is consistent with your rights in the recordings and with your agreements with that platform.
  • Your Church Content does not infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, and does not violate any applicable law.
  • Where a recording contains personal information about identifiable people (for example, a testimony, a prayer request, or a pastoral illustration), your Church has the authority to share that information with us for the purposes described in these Legal Terms.

We do not review Church Content before processing it, and we are not responsible for its content, accuracy, or legality.

Content License You Grant Us

So that we can provide the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, for the term of your use of the Services and the retention periods described under "Data Retention and Deletion," to:

  • access and download the recordings, captions, and metadata from your Feed on your behalf, and periodically check the Feed for new recordings;
  • transcribe the recordings into text;
  • analyze the recordings and transcripts, including by means of artificial intelligence services operated by us or by third-party providers acting on our behalf;
  • index and store the recordings, transcripts, and analysis so that they can be searched, browsed, and retrieved;
  • display Church Content and the resulting Output to your Church's authorized users through the Services and by email to the addresses your Church designates;
  • display selected Output publicly, but only if and for as long as your Church enables the public listing described under "Public Listing";
  • make backup and archival copies;
  • keep operational logs and usage records to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services, which may incidentally include fragments of Church Content such as search terms or sermon titles; and
  • use Church Content and Output in aggregated or de-identified form to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, provided that the aggregated or de-identified data does not identify your Church, your speakers, or any individual.

This license is limited to what is needed to provide, support, secure, and improve the Services. We will not sell Church Content, publish it except as you direct under "Public Listing," or share it with third parties other than the service providers who help us operate the Services and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. We will not use your Church Content or Output to train generative artificial intelligence models, and we engage our artificial intelligence providers on terms under which they do not use your data to train their models.

Output and Ownership

"Output" means the transcripts, analysis, reports, answers, and other material that the Services generate from your Church Content.

Output is yours to use. As between you and us, and subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, Output belongs to your Church, and we assign to your Church whatever rights we may hold in the Output. You may use, copy, edit, print, and distribute Output for your Church's own ministry, teaching, planning, and communication purposes, including sharing it with your congregation, staff, and leadership.

What you may not do with Output. You may not use Output, or the Services, to develop, train, benchmark, or improve a product or service that competes with the Services, and you may not resell Output or offer it as a service to other organizations. Because Output is generated in part by artificial intelligence, we make no representation that it is protectable by copyright or that any particular use of it is lawful in every jurisdiction.

What stays ours. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Services themselves, including the software, the analytical methods, the prompts, templates, and instructions used to produce Output, the report formats, and the aggregated and de-identified data described under "Content License You Grant Us." Similar Output produced for other churches from their own content belongs to them, not to you.

Artificial Intelligence and Accuracy

The Services rely on automated transcription and on large language models to produce Output. These systems make mistakes. Transcripts may misspell names or scripture references, misattribute speakers, or omit words. Reports and answers may be incomplete, may misunderstand context, or may state something as fact that is not.

The Services are designed to describe and reflect what was preached, not to instruct you on what to preach or to evaluate the truth of any theological position. Output is not theological, pastoral, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you rely on it or distribute it, including before sharing notes or summaries with your congregation.

Output about a sermon is our system's interpretation of a transcript and is not a statement by us about any preacher, church, or tradition. Some Output describes the preaching of individual speakers, who may be your Church's staff. Your Church is responsible for how it uses that Output in relation to its own personnel, consistent with its own policies and applicable law.

Public Listing

An administrator may enable a public listing of your Church's archive (the "Public Listing"). When it is enabled, anyone on the internet can, without logging in, search your archive, view selected Output about each sermon, and play the recording from the source where you already publish it. The Public Listing is off by default. Before you enable it, the Services show you what it will display. What it includes may change as the Services change; we will tell you before we add substantially more of your content to it, such as full transcripts or reports.

You are responsible for deciding whether to enable the Public Listing and for the content that appears there. Sermons you hide within the Services are excluded from the Public Listing. An administrator may disable the Public Listing at any time, after which it stops being served. Copies made by search engines or visitors while it was enabled are outside our control. The Public Listing may carry our branding.

Data Retention and Deletion

During your subscription. We retain your Church Content and Output for as long as your Church has an account so that your archive stays complete and searchable.

On cancellation, expiry, or deactivation. When your subscription ends, your trial expires, or your Church's account is otherwise deactivated, we stop retrieving and processing new recordings. We keep your existing Church Content and Output for at least thirty (30) days after deactivation, so that your archive is intact if you reactivate within that time. After that, we may delete a deactivated Church's data at any time without further notice.

Deletion on request. A Church administrator may ask us at any time, by email to contact@sermonanalyst.com, to delete the Church's account and all of its Church Content and Output. We will complete the deletion from our production systems within thirty (30) days of verifying the request. Copies in backups are removed in the ordinary course of backup rotation. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; we recommend saving copies of any reports you wish to keep first.

What deletion does not remove. Deletion does not affect the recordings on your own Feed or hosting platform, which we never modify. It also does not remove aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies your Church, or records we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Individual users. An administrator may disable any user's access. Personal information about individual users is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe that material available through the Services, including through a Public Listing, infringes your copyright, please email contact@sermonanalyst.com with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; (2) the location of the material you believe is infringing, such as its URL; (3) your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond to complete notices, which may include removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the Church that provided it. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Our Intellectual Property

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the software, databases, website designs, prompts, report templates, analytical methods, text, and graphics that make up the Services ("Our Materials"), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos we use (the "Marks"). Our Materials do not include your Church Content or your Output. Our Materials and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the United States and elsewhere.

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your Church's internal purposes. Except as these Legal Terms allow, no part of Our Materials or the Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. Any breach of this section is a material breach of these Legal Terms, and your right to use the Services will terminate immediately.

Registration and Your Account

You must register to use the Services, either by accepting an invitation from a Church administrator or by submitting your Church for review. We may decline any registration, or delay activating it, in our sole discretion, and we may ask for information to confirm that a registrant is a real church or ministry and that the Feed provided belongs to it.

You represent that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep it current; that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms; and that you will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Legal Terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of it. We may reclaim or change a Church identifier or username if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it is inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services.

Fees and Subscriptions

Early access. During our early-access period we offer the Services at no charge to Churches we approve. We may end early access, introduce paid plans, or change what the free offering includes at any time. We will make clear when a charge applies before you are billed.

Paid plans. When we offer paid plans, the features, limits, prices, and billing cycle of each plan will be described on our pricing page or within the Services when you choose one, and those descriptions form part of these Legal Terms. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details. All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it; if your Church is exempt from sales tax, contact us with your exemption documentation.

Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, and you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. An administrator may cancel at any time through the Services. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you keep access until then. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a payment fails, we will notify you and try again; if payment is not received within a reasonable grace period, we may deactivate your Church's account until it is paid. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at contact@sermonanalyst.com.

Price changes. We may change our prices at any time. For an existing subscription, we will give at least thirty (30) days' notice before a price change takes effect.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Designate a Feed, or provide Church Content, that your Church does not own or have the right to provide.
  • Access the Services through automated means such as scripts, bots, or scrapers, or systematically retrieve data from the Services to build a collection, compilation, or database, except as we expressly permit.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, plan limits, or other measures that restrict access to or use of the Services.
  • Copy, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software that makes up the Services, or attempt to extract the prompts, instructions, or templates used to produce Output, except to the extent applicable law permits.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Services or the networks and services connected to them, including by uploading viruses or other malicious code.
  • Impersonate another person, user, or church, or use another user's credentials.
  • Use the Services, Our Materials, or Output to build, train, or improve a competing product or service, or to provide services to other organizations.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Legal Terms.

Feedback

If you send us questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Services ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you. Feedback does not include Church Content or Output.

Third-Party Services

The Services link to, and depend on, services operated by others, including the platforms that host your recordings and the media players through which they are played. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. The service providers we use to operate the Services are described in our Privacy Policy.

Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; to take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; to refuse, restrict, or disable any Church Content or Output in our sole discretion; to limit how much of a Feed's history we retrieve or remove content that is unreasonably burdensome to our systems; and otherwise to manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate their proper functioning.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://www.sermonanalyst.com/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. The Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from any other region with laws governing personal data that differ from those of the United States, then through your continued use of the Services you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed there.

Term and Termination

These Legal Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION, AND TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME.

You may end these Legal Terms at any time by canceling any subscription and asking us to delete your Church's account as described under "Data Retention and Deletion." Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those concerning ownership, retention and deletion, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution, will survive.

If we terminate or suspend your account for breach, you may not register a new account, under your own name or any other, without our permission. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice, and we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. Retrieval of new recordings depends on your Feed and its hosting platform remaining available to us, and a change by that platform may delay or prevent processing. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. Nothing in these Legal Terms obligates us to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases. If the Services are unavailable for a substantial part of a billing period because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected portion of your subscription fee. That is your sole remedy for downtime.

Governing Law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Informal negotiations. To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") brought by either you or us (individually, a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

Binding arbitration. If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and, where appropriate, the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes ("AAA Consumer Rules"), both of which are available at the American Arbitration Association (AAA) website. Your arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Rules and, where appropriate, limited by the AAA Consumer Rules. If such costs are determined by the arbitrator to be excessive, we will pay all arbitration fees and expenses. The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either Party. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to do so. Except where otherwise required by the applicable AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will take place in Williamson County, Texas. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Parties may litigate in court to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator.

If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) are excluded from these Legal Terms.

In no event shall any Dispute brought by either Party related in any way to the Services be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

Restrictions. The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Exceptions to informal negotiations and arbitration. The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief.

Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING. CERTAIN US STATE LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Church Content, including any claim that our retrieval, transcription, analysis, storage, or display of it as directed by you infringes or violates the rights of a third party or the terms of a platform on which it is hosted; (2) your use of the Services; (3) your breach of these Legal Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms, including as to your authority to act for your Church; or (5) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

User Data

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services, and for keeping your own copies of your recordings. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SERVICES. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.

The Services send email, including reports containing Output and account notices, to the addresses your Church designates. Administrators are responsible for keeping those addresses current, for deciding who at the Church receives them, and for confirming that each recipient has agreed to receive them.

Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms or use of the Services, except that you appoint us as your agent for the limited purpose of retrieving your Church Content from your Feed as described under "Content License You Grant Us." You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Legal Terms.
